it comes with a little primer and makes the eye shadow way more pigmented and
with a smooth application.
Last but not least she would love tons of shades of the Wet and Wild mega last lip color. She says that they are phenomenal, last all day very hydrating semi matte and less than 2 dollars. These lipsticks make great stocking stuffers!
