Makeup Artist Alessandra Andrade

“I’m passionate about art, technique, and preciseness”, says Alessandra of her work. A Venezuelan native, she has been in the makeup industry for two years. She has an Associates of Arts Degree and is currently finishing up a Fashion Merchandising Degree. She also juggled a job as a makeup artist for MAC Cosmetics during her studies. This is where she gained most of her knowledge and training in hands on makeup application. Working with MAC Cosmetics presented ample opportunities to showcase her talents, and since then she has done makeup for photo shoots, runway/fashion shows, wedding makeup (of eastern and western background), film, bodypainting, and editorial makeup.

Alessandra jump started her career working with Krista Ketsanam from Ketsanam Designs at a fashion show. Since then she has had clients such as: Noureen Dewulf, who is an actress on MTV's "The Hard Times of RJ Berger"and 2012 Miss Texas.

Alessandra specializes in everything from nude to loud, or classic to eccentric. She can also apply editorial, fashion, glamour, performance, promotional, runway, and bridal makeup. She has received extensive training & experience on the field and behind the counter for weddings, various events, and photo shoots with all ages, races, and genders. Makeup Artist Briana Dai

Briana Dai has nine years of experience in the beauty and entertainment industry. She began as a freelance makeup artist helping newly signed models build their portfolio, doing makeup for weddings, proms, and other special events. At the age of 20, she moved to Los Angeles to work in the film industry and was able to work on numerous films with such stars as Vivica A. Fox, Michael Clark Duncan, and Janine Morris. She has also worked on many television commercials including two worldwide Nestle commercials. She has done makeup for the Emmy Awards and multiple premier events.

After about a year in the Hollywood scene, Briana began to miss the educational aspect of teaching women tricks to make them look red carpet ready. She loves making women look and feel fabulous by teaching them how to recreate their new look at home. Shortly thereafter, Briana fell in love with educating women through YouTube by featuring some of her favorite makeup looks and beauty tips. Briana thinks there is nothing more fulfilling than sharing with another woman a valuable trick that can make her feel like a million bucks, which she is now able to implement at home and feel like a million bucks every day.

She is not the type of makeup artist that “transforms” faces, but one that enhances the natural beauty that is already there. Briana now lives in Dallas, Texas where she continues to use her talent for makeup application for special occasions, instructional beauty lessons, brow shaping, film/television, photography, and other beauty needs.

A native of the wonderful city of New Orleans, Louisiana, Pierrereyon Ellis has the skills to make clients feel and look absolutely gorgeous. She received her education at Southeastern Louisiana University within the Family and Consumer Science program with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Marketing. Her infatuation with makeup began when she was a small child playing in her mother’s makeup bag. With two years of professional experience, she is already making her mark in the industry. Though she has always possessed natural talent, Ellis continually perfects her craft every opportunity she is given. Research is a key component in her technique, she is constantly educating herself in order to perfect her skills. She has done makeup on photo shoots with local workshops and produced remarkable results. A lover and master of the “smokey eye” and red lip, she listens to understand exactly what clients wants and delivers beautiful results each time.

Ivory Narvell is the owner and creative director at La Belle Agency. Known as "Narvell" in the industry and just "Ivory" when she goes home to San Antonio, Texas, she is known for creating polished looks from classic pieces of clothing while using her fashion design background. Her love of designing and styling evolved at the early age of nine, from these initial beginnings she branched out into wardrobe styling. She also has an airbrush makeup certification in which she uses that to perfect her client’s overall look.

Ivory has worked with many celebrity clients in the industry while producing noteworthy designs. She created Universal Motown Records’ artists, “Forever The Sickest Kids” signature look for their latest album cover. She has styled many photo shoots working with superior photographers and models from around the world, including Danielle "Dani" Evans, the America's Next Top Model winner of Season 6. The producers of “My Fair Wedding” with David Tutera contacted Ivory to perform the creative art direction and styling for a bridal party makeover complete with a photo shoot. She also has worked with major magazines such as: BRIDES Magazine, Jet Magazine, Essence Magazine, and Vogue ITALIA to name a few.

As one of the creative director for the agency, Ivory wears many hats, she must coordinate events photo shoots from beginning to end and make sure the final product is what the client has envisioned. Her theory is, “At the end of the day, if the client(s) are happy, then I feel that I have fulfilled my duties by making their dream a reality.” She also adds, “Keep family first. My girls, all my mothers and my husband/best friend are everything to me. I consider them in everything I do. As long as they are proud of me, I’m a true success!”

Lauren Bridges, a native of Longview, TX, has been in the styling industry for four years; however she is no rookie when it comes to hair, makeup and wardrobe. She completed her studies in fashion merchandising and design at the University of North Texas and then furthered her education and completed cosmetology school. Lauren definitely has the “artistic eye” and being from a small town, she always stood out from the crowd.

She has a certification as a Redken master specialist, an airbrush makeup certification and has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work. Her favorite look for clients is very natural with a trendy pop to it. Lauren is all about women and empowering women, she is a firm believer in being able to provide clients with a grand end result. She furthers her education all the time by taking different classes in order to enhance her skills.
