Our Boss Lady
Ivory Narvell is the owner and creative director at La Belle Agency. Known as "Narvell" in the industry and just "Ivory" when she goes home to San Antonio, Texas, she is known for creating polished looks from classic pieces of clothing while using her fashion design background. Her love of designing and styling evolved at the early age of nine, from these initial beginnings she branched out into wardrobe styling. She also has an airbrush makeup certification in which she uses that to perfect her client’s overall look.

As one of the creative director for the agency, Ivory wears many hats, she must coordinate events photo shoots from beginning to end and make sure the final product is what the client has envisioned. Her theory is, “At the end of the day, if the client(s) are happy, then I feel that I have fulfilled my duties by making their dream a reality.” She also adds, “Keep family first. My girls, all my mothers and my husband/best friend are everything to me. I consider them in everything I do. As long as they are proud of me, I’m a true success!”

She has a certification as a Redken master specialist, an airbrush makeup certification and has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work. Her favorite look for clients is very natural with a trendy pop to it. Lauren is all about women and empowering women, she is a firm believer in being able to provide clients with a grand end result. She furthers her education all the time by taking different classes in order to enhance her skills. Her philosophy on life is: “A different world cannot be created be indifferent people” -Peter Marshall.

Dallas, Texas, July 12, 2012 – La Belle Agency is a full-scale beauty management company that has recently opened their new office conveniently located in Dallas from their original site in Denton. The new office located at 10875 Shady Trail, Suite 108, Dallas, TX 75220 is easily accessible from I-35 to Walnut Hill. The agency initially opened April 2010 with their first project working on a national television show, “My Fair Wedding with David Tutera”. McBride currently works with some of the top photographers within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Client satisfaction is the most important thing in McBride’s work and is fulfilled each time her hands are placed on a promising customer. She specializes in glamour and modern artistic make-up, but is capable of performing a multitude of other styles of makeup such as a fresh face or an ultra dramatic look. After celebrating their second anniversary in April, La
Belle Agency acquired a new office in Dallas. With construction and setup almost
complete, La Belle Agency is ready to show the public why they will become the
only beauty agency in North Texas to call for special occasions or commercial
projects. “I believe we have some of the best stylists and now everyone can
experience the luxury of working with the best,” states the owner Ivory
Narvell.
The party will feature some of La Belle Agency’s celebrity
stylists who will be on hand to do makeup, hair or individual eyelashes. While
being served cupcakes and treats by the handsome male waiters, guest will have
the opportunity to purchase some amazing shoes or clothes to go with their new

Candidates must be able to dedicate 20 hours during the week and with advance notice given, available for photo shoots on weekends non normally scheduled hours. - Scheduling and producing model calls
